Prior to forming Forder Technical Services Inc. and the USA branch Forder Technical Services LLC, Howard Forder spent many years as a technician, consultant and problem solver for IT solutions in the Greater Toronto area. During that time he became adept at diagnosing intricate computer platforms and designing network solutions for customers. The need to educate them was the next natural step and that encouraged Howard to use his teaching skills aquired from Loyalist College and George Brown College to train ITPro candidates. Howard also conducts sessions in conferences such as TechEd, IT360 and MISA.

Today, Howard is a premium trainer demanded by major training companies to ensure student comprehension, satisfaction and new skills. He has written custom courses on SharePoint, Exchange, Server 2008R2, and Windows 7. From end user to ITPro, students ask for him by name. Howard is hired on a regular basis by Global Knowledge, Teksource, CTESolutions, CTCTrainCanada and Training Centers of Canada.
